What we collect and why

• When you email us: your name, email address and what you write, so we can reply and, if it comes to that, prepare a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• When you apply for a job: the data in your application, to run the recruitment (art. 6(1)(b) and (c), with art. 22¹ of the Labour Code). If you agree, we keep it for future recruitment (art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw that consent at any time.
• When you visit the site: usage statistics that set no cookies and do not identify you, to see how the site is used (art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

Companies that provide our email, website hosting and website statistics, only as needed to run these services. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; they do so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Emails: until the matter is closed, then as long as legal claims about it could be made.
• Applications: until the recruitment ends; with your consent, 12 months longer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw.

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer you or consider your application. We make no automated decisions about you.
